Eligibility and Ethical Standards
- Conflict Of Interest: No applicant may be a current member of the TGOAT Awards administration, organizing committee, evaluation panel, independent jury, advisory council, or any body directly responsible for the governance, administration, evaluation, or adjudication of the TGOAT Awards.
- Consent and Representation: All applications must be submitted with the applicant’s knowledge and formal consent. Such consent authorizes the TGOAT Awards, where applicable, to conduct official public relations and media activities, publish approved biographical information, use approved images and likenesses, conduct promotional campaigns, acknowledge sponsors, and issue official communications associated with the TGOAT Awards.

The winner is determined through public voting conducted in accordance with established guidelines and monitored protocols designed to uphold fairness, transparency, accountability, and public confidence.
